Oh where oh where did my sweet sweet toddler go?!?!
Nobody warned me that toddlerhood could be soooooo challenging! Nobody gave me a heads up that toddlers can and do often act like monsters! Nobody clued me into the fact that little toddlers aren't all smiles and fun. Oy! Boy am I in for it when Bristol gets to this age and Brooklyn is 3...which I hear can be worse sometimes?!?! Not possible!
On the flip side there are many times that my dear toddler is a complete sweetheart. I am definitely blessed with these two beautiful girls but often times need to stop and remind myself.
Brooklyn is soooo smart. She absolutely amazes me every single day with the sentences she is making. She talks so much! She is even starting to tell stories. The other day I came home from the store and she said, "Momma, dog ate my m&ms!" I said, "Oh no, the dog ate your M&M's??" and she replied, "Yes, bad bad dog." I was blown away that she had told me a small story and held a short conversation that made sense! She also go mad at me the other day bc I threw away her pizza and she said. "Momma I eat the pizza. No throw away. Damn it!" LOL I wasn't impressed with her use of damn it but as a whole it was an impressive few sentences.
She is currently on a way way cut back dairy free diet. We haven't completely eliminated dairy but she is not drinking milk at all and is having very very little cheese. She is drinking water and almond milk. We are thinking she might have developed a milk allergy...fabulous! *sarcasm* Not sure though, still waiting to hear from the doctors. She is loving fall and all of the Halloween themes around town.
So at 22 months Brooklyn:
* is talking...a lot...non stop!
* loves her sissy but sometimes get jealous
* like to spray sissy with water and pull her hair just to see her reaction
* follows the boys all over the place
* loves trucks and tractors
* wearing 3T clothing...size 4 diapers
* loves fruit snacks and M&M's for snacks...oy
* loves banana's and tropical fruit cups
* is eating a little better..but not great
* tried and liked pork chops, turkey, and chicken!
* loves bacon
* is into water and playing with the water cooler...and making a mess
* is loving pumpkins and Halloween decorations
* loves to be outside
