Bristol Marie 16 month update!

Miss Bris has developed quite the personality in the past month or so.  She is a little spit fire!  I am scared for what my life is going to be like next year at this time!  Bristol tries very hard to keep up with her sister and brothers and has absolutely no fear of anything or anyone...except the Easter Bunny : )  She wants to crawl up anything and jump off everything. She loves to make people laugh by dancing and growling and putting on a show.  She will repeat almost anything you ask her to repeat and talks quite a bit.  She doesn't walk anymore but runs! She enjoys standing on top of things she cant get off of and screaming for help and then once someone helps her she does it all over again..and again...and again.  Its fun really..ha
She now throws a temper tantrum like you wouldn't believe.  She gets angry and yells right back at us for yelling at her.  She loves her brothers..especially Zachary.  She calls him Zachy and gets really excited whenever she sees him.



So at 16 months Bristol:
* weighs about 28 pounds
* wears 24 month - 2T clothes
* talks your ear off
* consistently says...Dora, dog, Zoey, Zachy, Momma, Daddy, chip, fish, more, sis, princess, Elsa, Anna, Mimi (minnie), boots, poop, yea, no, up, outside, chair, baby, tubby, mote (remote), Elmo,  So-A (Sophia), ball, tatch (catch)
* says a few phrases.. Let it go, Get up there, I need it, Get down,
* eats pretty good most of the time
* likes pizza, spaghetti, chick peas, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, tropical fruit, goldfish, popcorn, spicy foods, any meats...chicken, hamburger, steak, hot dogs, pork chops and others but these are her favs
* is still obsessed with Dora & Friends
* loves to be outside
* loves to show off for people
* will go to almost anyone
* dances whenever she hears music
* loves to throw things and make a mess
* follows basic commands
* helps pick up her toys....sometimes..
* always wants to be held
* loves her sippy with milk, especially when upset... just like her sister
* won't let me cut her nails...unless asleep
* loves tubby time
* is still a terrible sleeper
* is still obsessed with the remotes and putting EVERYTHING in her mouth
* knows where her nose, eyes, and mouth are
* still loves to cuddle and be held to drink her sippy
* climbs on everything
* loves to jump on the trampoline...really high
* enjoys the slide at the park
* loves to kiss and snuggle the dog



**I'm pretty sure if we compare this post to Brooklyn's 16 month update they will be close to identical!!**
I officially have 2 monsters on my hands!

28 months of love!

Its crazy most days to sit and watch Brooklyn as she plays and talks.  She is starting to use imaginative play with her toys and makes them talk to each other..or she will cook me a meal with her kitchen..or take care of her baby dolls.  She has grown up so much the last few months.  She has also learned to hit and punch.  I am trying so so hard to break this quick but she sees her brothers fight and learns from them...unfortunately its very difficult to keep 3 close in age boys from fighting.  She doesn't think twice about taking a swing at one of her brothers.  Not usually Zach though....Zach is her buddy.  She will go right after Dylan and Colton though.  She is still super shy around people she doesn't know and also around other kids.  I wish she would open up more around others and have fun.  She has such a bright and spunky personality I wish she would let it show! She is wild and crazy with family but nobody else...except a few of the boys friends that she loves.

So at 28 months Brooklyn:
* loves her princesses more than any other toy
* can name all 11 princesses she has...Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel, Anna, Elsa, Tiana, Belle, Aurora, Merida, Ariel, and Sophia the First.  She also knows Jasmine but we don't have one yet
* says all of her L's with a "ya" sound...."yay" down...
* calls Germ X ..Germ soap :)
* loves going for walks in the stroller
* gets very sad when the boys go with their mom for the week : (
* is into punching and hitting....not making momma happy with this one..
* can be the most loving sister to Bristol
* amazes me with her vocabulary and how much she talks in sentences
* doesn't stop talking really...
* is officially into the "Why?"  stage....oy!
* has given up her nap all together on most days
* like corn on the cob!
* can count to 11 all by herself
* knows the colors yellow, pink, and purple all the time....and sometimes green and orange.
* loves to be outside playing with her sister and brothers
* enjoys going to the park to play on the swings and slides
* loves watching her Princess movies..over and over again
* says "I yove it!" to everything she likes or wants
* says "never ever" when she is mad and yelling at me...because I tell her all the time to never ever do this or never ever do that again lol
* is not shy around the boys friends....she will scream for them to watch her and everything
