Close to a milestone!!

I had my second prenatal appointment on May 18th. I was very nervous again but felt like everything was going to be ok. I was right because we got to see our little peanut and boy has baby changed since last time! The baby was soo soo soo much bigger this time! It looked like a person in there! We got to see and hear the heart beating away at a rate of 166! We got to see the hands and everything. I'm pretty sure baby was waving to us! So Dr. Herbst moved my due date up a few days! It is now December 2nd! That means I am 12 weeks today and very very close to being in my seconds trimester! I can't wait to be out of the first and feel the baby moving around in there! I think I will be unbelievably comforting to know the baby is ok and moving around! I think my belly is starting to pop out a tiny tiny bit. Nobody would notice but me, but I hope soon I can share with everyone my excitement! The boys are all still excited! They are still hoping that baby is a girl and then entire family seems to think it is a girl. I think it's just because they would all like another girl in the family and are in denial that it is probably another boy lol. I'm not sure yet what I think it is...to be honest I kind of think girl, but I'm not sure. Te old wives tale says that a high heart rate means girl! 166 is pretty high so we shall see! I can't wait to find out and start buying stuff for my little love!
